We explore your family's heritage with care, using a wide assortment of trusted research tools, worldwide historical records, and both online and in‑person archive visits to uncover your ancestral connections. Our research follows the Genealogical Proof Standard to ensure accuracy and transparency. Your official Family Tree is built and stored on the Ancestry.com website, and once complete, you’ll have full access to continue adding to it as you wish.​​​

Writing Your Family's Stories
Once our research is complete, we shape everything we’ve uncovered into a warm, inviting narrative that helps you step into your ancestors’ world. We weave together documented facts with maps, timelines, historical context, and interesting anecdotes to create more immersive ancestor portraits. The result is an entertaining, thoughtfully written chronicle of your family’s past, not just a dry, bulleted list of names and dates.

Photo & Document Integration
To add extra color and texture to your family’s story, we enrich the written history with lovingly restored photographs, charts, documents, newspaper clippings, and other visual touches. Old ancestor photos can be colorized, records enhanced, and original-language documents translated into clear English. We'll highlight key details that might otherwise be lost in faded archives or in the ornate, often indecipherable handwriting of bygone eras. Each element is chosen to add clarity and warmth, making every page easier to enjoy and every ancestor’s life more relatable.

Custom Layout & Design
Each ancestry heirloom book is uniquely tailored to your family alone. We shape our design around your ancestors, your stories, and your history, blending research, writing, and design into the finished work. The result is a beautifully curated volume filled with meaningful photos, documents, and memories — a one‑of‑a‑kind treasure your family can hold onto, share, and enjoy for generations.

Review & Revisions
The creation of each heirloom book is a fully collaborative process from start to finish. Throughout the research phase, you are invited to provide any existing family history materials, clarify ancestral details, and share family insights. As the project nears completion, you’ll review draft text, layout, and design, with every ability to make edits or adjustments. Together, we shape a finished ancestry book that feels authentic, accurate, and fully approved by you.
7.
Final Heirloom Book Delivery
After final approval, your custom ancestry book is sent to print. About two weeks later, the finished volume arrives, ready to enjoy and share. You may also opt for an online Flipbook version for easy viewing by family and friends near and far. All photos, records, and documents gathered during the research and book‑building process are provided to you digitally for your permanent ownership. Additional heirloom books can be ordered directly by you or anyone wanting their own copy of this treasured keepsake.
